Fees/Payments

HypnoBirthing Classes (Five 2 1/2 hour classes)

The cost of the group classes $185, this fee includes The HypnoBirthing book, practice CD, and class handouts. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot, the balance is due in full upon the first day of class. A discount is offered if you're willing to host a group class in your home, please email for information. Private courses (4 sessions) are available for $350.

Drop In Meditations

On occassion, a one hour meditation session is offered to any pregnant woman interested in participating. There are no class materials needed, simply show up and be ready to experience deep relaxation in a positive environment. The fee is $35 and reservations are recommended.

Doula Services

There is a deposit of $250 when you decide to hire me for your birth. The remaining fee ($400) is required by the 36th week of pregnancy. A full contract will be provided outlining the details. Each mom will receive an intial consultation, visit closer to birthing time, support during her birth, and a post-partum visit to ease the transition into motherhood.
